Mike Daoussis is Newfront’s Head of Program Innovation, responsible for deploying our deep carrier relationships and industry-leading technology to build out captive programs.

Mike is a longtime industry expert responsible for building some of the most sophisticated and successful captive programs in the industry. Mike has served in leadership roles at Lockton and Willis, where he ran their construction practices, and also worked at Wells Fargo/USI and Aon.

Mike grew up in Orange County and has degrees from USC (BA) and UCLA (MBA).
