Mike joined the BT Board on 1 September 2015 and is a member of the Technology Committee.

Mike is non-executive Chairman of Ilika and an independent director at US-based Advanced Micro Devices.

Mike was a director of Pace plc until its sale to Arris in January 2016.

Until March 2013, Mike was on the board of ARM Holdings having joined the company in 2002 and held roles including chief commercial officer, EVP and general manager of the processor division.

Prior to joining ARM, Mike worked in management consultancy with AT Kearney and held a number of senior operational and marketing positions with Motorola.

He is a chartered engineer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
