Mitch Liu is most recently the co-founder and CEO of Theta Labs and Theta.tv. In 2007 Mitch co-founded Tapjoy, Inc. and was one of the pioneers of social and mobile video advertising. In 2010 Mitch co-founded Gameview Studios, the creator of Tap Fish, one of the first free-to-play mobile games on iOS and Android to top the charts for highest grossing and highest downloads within 90 days of launch. Gameview was acquired six months later by DeNA Global, one of the leading Japanese mobile gaming companies. Since 2015 Mitch has been building cutting edge technology, most recently launching Theta Network, the leading decentralized video delivery network powered by blockchain technology. Mitch is the co-inventor and holds four patents in the video streaming, virtual reality and blockchain space. Mitch previously work at Gameview Studios as a Co-Founder and President. He has a BS in Computer Science Engineering from MIT, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
