Morgan is the Program Coordinator at CDL-WI. Prior to joining CDL, Morgan worked for the non-profit Operation Smile where she oversaw operations for five program offices in Sub-Saharan Africa providing cleft lip and cleft palate surgery and supporting innovations to make high-quality surgery more accessible.

Morgan graduated with a B.A. in Human Rights and Global Development from Grinnell College in Iowa.
