Nathan Sleeper is a Partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC. Mr. Nathan has joined CD&R in 2000 and is a Member of the Investment and Management Committees. Nathan led, co-led or was otherwise integral to CD&R’s investments in CHC, Brand Energy and Infrastructure Services, Wilsonart International, Roofing Supply Group, Hussmann International, Atkore International, NCI Building Systems, US Foods, Hertz, Culligan and Brakes. Nathan currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Atkore, Brand Energy and Infrastructure Services, CHC Helicopters, NCI, US Foods and Wilsonart LLC. and formerly served as Member of the Board of Directors of Atkore, Culligan, HD Supply, Hertz, Hussmann and Roofing Supply Group. Nathan played a leading role in the sale or merger transactions for Alliant Foodservice, Graphic Packaging and Jafra. Prior to CD&R, Nathan worked in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and at investment firm Tiger Management. Nathan holds a B.A. degree from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
