As vice president of managed services, Nicholas has a variety of critical responsibilities. Chief among them is leadership and development of the managed services practice and shared technical services. Shared Technical Services is comprised of the Service Desk, the Network Operations Center, and the Shared Infrastructure Services (aka, the cloud), which together provide service to all Aldridge Clients and Branches.

Nicholas joined Aldridge in 2014, after more than 13 years in network and technology management at various companies including Cbeyond (now Birch) and Earthlink. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of senior-level positions, including Director of IT Operations and Technical Support, Director of Network Intelligence, and Director of IT Support and End User Experience.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University and an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University Coles College of Business.

In his free time, Nicholas enjoys playing golf, swimming, and spending time with his family outdoors.

He and his wife Dottie are the proud parents of two children, Nicole and Christopher.
