Nikki Farb is an entrepreneur, lifestyle expert and currently the co-Founder of Roven, a Grove Collaborative company that is building the trusted place to shop beauty. Roven, is pioneering the intersection of beauty and wellness and focusing on changing the way the beauty industry markets to women. Before Roven, Nikki founded Darby Smart (acquired in 2019), a video community for creators that focused on fostering a diverse community of creatives and helping them turn their hobbies into hustles. Prior to that, Nikki was with Goldman Sachs as the Head of Private Companies. Nikki is a champion of female inclusion in Silicon Valley and has been featured in Emily Chang's Brotopia and is a regular contributor on Good Morning America. She lives in San Francisco with her husband Michael and twin boys, Cooper and Kass.
