Nicole joined Macquarie’s Finance Department in 1996 and has more than 20 years experience in accounting and financial services.

In 1998 Nicole moved into Macquarie Capital where she led the deal business management and sales team.

In 2008 she moved into the Corporate Affairs Group to support the Chief Financial Officer and then became Head of Human Resources.

In 2011, she became Group Head of the newly created Corporate Services Group bringing together three of Macquarie’s key service areas: Human Resources, Business Services and Business Improvement and Strategy. The Group grew to become the Corporate Operations Group in 2013 and now also includes Technology, Market Operations and Shared Services Centres.

Nicole was appointed Chief Operating Officer on 1 January 2013.
