Par Lange has been active as a Venture Capital Investor over the last 15 years, focusing on Communication Technology, Software and Internet investments. He is an Investment Director at Swisscom Ventures, a group he co-founded when joining in 2005. During his tenure at Swisscom Ventures, Pär has played a leading role in growing the portfolio to $100m in invested capital, distributed over 20+ companies in Europe and the US.

Previously, Pär co-founded a Mobile Operator, which was awarded one of four 3G licences in Sweden and backed by investors including Investor AB and Carlyle Group. Following the acquisition of the Operator by Orange, Pär co-founded and was the Managing Director of an Investment Advisory firm focusing on early stage technology investments in the Nordics. Pär started his career designing radio and microwave solutions, initially for defence application but later as part of the Ericsson GSM radio design team. During his time with Ericsson, he also spent 3 years in Tokyo conducting sales of Japan’s earliest mobile infrastructure.

Pär holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France as well as an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Linköping Institute of Technology.
