Paweł Ryszkiewicz joined Advent International in 2011. Prior to Advent, he spent four years with Bridgepoint in Warsaw as an Investment Director in their European Business Services team. Previously he worked in the M&A department at Corporate Finance boutique CAG and as a manager in the M&A unit of Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance Department in Warsaw. He started his career with Arthur Andersen.
