Prateek holds 14 years of rich experience in key domains of IPO, M&A, Business Strategy, Financial Planning, Accounting, Auditing& Managing Investor Relations in Indian & International markets.
Prior to joining IndiaMART, Prateek was the CFO of HT Media’s radio business, having end-to-end responsibility of finance and related operational aspects of the business. In his previous associations, he had played a vital role in IPO of HMVL and EXL’s listing on NASDAQ, in addition to institutionalizing the investor relations program at HT Media & EXL USA.

Prateek earned his Chartered Accountancy from KPMG and holds an undergraduate commerce degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), New Delhi.
