Ralf Huep joined Advent International GmbH in 1991 and has 20 years of private equity experience. He is Co-Chairman of Advent’s Executive Committee and a member of Advent’s European and North American Investment Advisory Committees.

Prior to joining Advent, he was a financial analyst at Veba AG and a project manager in the mergers and acquisitions department of Continental AG.
