Ramin Ghodsi is the Corporate Vice President of Design Engineering and Non-Volatile Memory at Micron Technology.Dr. Ghodsi joined Micron in 1999 and held various senior engineering and management positions in Flash memory and NAND product development. Prior to Micron, he held positions at Cypress Semiconductor and Quality Semiconductor.Dr. Ghodsi earned a bachelor of engineering degree with honors and a Ph.D from the University of Queensland, Australia. Throughout his more than 20-year career, he has made significant technical contributions in the areas of product design, device technology and design architecture innovations through patents, refereed technical conferences and journal publications.
