Ravindar Gujral joined WizeHive as Chief Technology Officer in 2020. Ravindar is a successful software development executive with a strong technical background. He has over 15 years’ experience leading organizations and helping build high performing teams. He is a proponent of self-organizing teams and incorporates the values, principles and practices of agile and lean software development.

Prior to Sidecar, Gujral worked as an Agile Adoption Leader, responsible for leading the worldwide agile transformation for the Software Solutions Group at General Electric; as a Senior Program Manager at ASI, where he headed the PMO and managed a large group of developers and project managers; and at large organizations including Siemens and Comcast as a Team Lead and an Agile Evangelist. Today, Gujral leads the engineering team at Sidecar with his startup and corporate experience.to bring automation to all of e-commerce, where he leads the company’s product strategy today.
