Ray Croghan is a serial investor and entrepreneur.In 1980, Mr. Croghan joined Applied Communications, Inc., now ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW, www.aciworldwide.com).He was appointed CEO and President of ACI in 1987; a year the company was acquired by U.S. West.From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Croghan ran Croghan & Associates, Inc., a healthcare information technology firm, which merged with Margolis Health Enterprise to form The TriZetto Group. In 1999, Trizetto went public. In 2008, Apax Partners took TriZetto private in a transaction valued at approximately $1.4 billion.Mr. Croghan is a member of the Board of Directors of Crocs (NASDAQ: Crox), Firehost (www.firehost.com), and Contatta (www.contatta.com).He is an investor in Sojern (www.sojern.com), LogRhythmn (www.logrhythm.com), Yieldex (www.yieldex.com) and Backjoy (www.backjoy.com).
