Mr. Egan is a senior-level Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of significant experience with early stage technology, biotech, software and service organizations. Mr. Egan has held the CFO position for a number of private companies as well as a public company, Islet Sciences Inc. He is currently providing part-time CFO services to the Company and other clients in various stages of growth by providing sophisticated financial services to optimize organizational resources including maximizing cash resources, building operational teams, designing financial strategies, and implementing GAAP-compliant financial reporting processes.  Richard received a BS in Economics from the University of Cincinnati.
