Rob serves as Chief Legal Officer at Snowflake and has over 25 years of experience representing individuals, public and private companies, in compliance, litigation, IP, policy, privacy, international law and M&A. Prior to joining Snowflake, Rob served as General Council at ServiceNow. Before that, he served as Vice President, Legal in the Backup Recovery Systems Division at EMC, after their acquisition of Data Domain where he also served as Vice President, Legal. Rob holds a JD degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice law in California.
