Mr. Robert Charles Clark has been a Distinguished Service Professor at Harvard Law School of Harvard University since July 2003.

Prof. Clark served as the Dean and Royall Professor of Law of Harvard Law School from July 1989 to June 2003. He taught corporate law and corporate finance at Harvard as a Professor of Law, a role he has occupied since October 1978. From July 1974 to September 1978, he was on the faculty of Yale Law School, where he became a tenured Professor of Law.

Prior to teaching at Yale Law School, Mr. Clark was an attorney at Ropes & Gray from August 1972 to July 1974. He has been an Independent Director of Time Warner Inc. since January 2004 (AOL Time Warner Inc., formed by the merger of America Online, Inc. and Time Warner Inc.).

He has been a Director of Omnicom Group Inc. since 2002. He served as a Director of Collins & Aikman Corp. since October 1994.
