Mr. O’Meara is Senior Managing Director – Private Equity with B.C. Ziegler and Company. In his role he is responsible for oversight of Ziegler’s private equity practice.

Prior to his current position Mr. O’Meara held the position of Senior Managing Director and General Counsel of Ziegler, a position he held from 1993 to 2005. Among his duties at Ziegler are serving on internal committees which review and approve investment banking transactions and financial advisory engagements within Ziegler’s broker dealer subsidiary. Mr. O’Meara has served on a national committee of the securities industry commenting on new legislative and regulatory matters, and has given lectures for the State Bar of Wisconsin on securities law matters.
