Sara Stroo’s daily motto has been “how easy do I make it for you to do great work?” since she joined UCB’s HR department in 2017 with the ambition to speed up the creation of delightful experiences for UCB’s employees worldwide through the implementation of best in class HR technology. With a background in HR Operations, gained at BNP Paribas and Teva Pharmaceuticals, the next logical step for her was to leverage her experience and affinity with process optimizations in a different way and lean into the Technology spectrum. After the implementation of global HR systems, she turned her energy and passion towards automation and the efficiency gain they can bring. Furthermore, Sara has embarked on her team on an agile transformation and is a proud ambassador within the HR community to avoid the waterfall trap.
