Scott Burke is Co-founder & CTO for Helix, whose mission is to empower every individual to gain insights into his or her DNA. He oversees innovation and product development for Helix.

Prior to Helix, Scott spent over nine years at Yahoo, leading engineering for Local Markets and Commerce, Content and Video Platforms, and Advertising and Data Platforms. Prior to Yahoo!, Scott worked at two mobile startups, SEVEN Networks and PacketHop, and was Vice President of Engineering for WebMD. Scott started his career as a computational physicist at Hewlett-Packard. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California.
