Shawna Hughes is the chief people officer of Magnite. Previously, Shawna served as Magnite’s Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Global HR at Rubicon Project, leading the company’s efforts to attract, develop and retain the best talent globally.

She has a Masters in Accounting from Notre Dame and a BS in International Business from George Fox University, and her CPA.
