Shmulik has a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University. He has a vast software and hardware development experience for the Israeli Government.

His unmatched programming and development management skills are the power driving W.S.C’s advanced technical capabilities. Shmulik has extensive knowledge in multiple development environments and programming languages.
