Steve joined eBay Australia as the Senior Director of Marketing and Advertising Sales in March 2013. In his role, Steve is responsible for defining eBay Australia's marketing and advertising strategy and leads all marketing activity across the business. Steve has been tasked with challenge of changing consumer perception of eBay to mirror the sites new direction and service offering - new products from leading Australian and International retailers.

Steve has nearly 20 years of Marketing and Sales Management experience gained across the Telecommunications, Financial Services and Logistics industries, with a particular focus on digital Commerce.

Prior to joining eBay Australia, Steve spent 4.5 years with leading digital payments company, PayPal. At PayPal, Steve held the role of Marketing Director for Asia Pacific region, working on new market entry strategy, and more close to home helping PayPal Australia become the most preferred online payment brand in Australia.

Prior to PayPal, Steve spent nearly a decade with Virgin Mobile in the UK and Australia heading up Acquisition Marketing where he was responsible for on & offline retail channels.
