Tom Benton is a seasoned enterprise executive with more than 20 years of high-tech sales experience. Tom has a proven track record of optimizing high-performance sales organizations to drive top-line growth. Prior to Work Market, Benton served as Global Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Salesforce.com, where he led the growth strategy for the Enterprise Business Unit and held global revenue responsibility for the HR and Employee Engagement Offering and the launch of Analytics Cloud.

Previously, he worked for Oracle, holding the positions of vice president of Sales, Strategic Growth Markets; vice president of Sales, North America Technology Organization; and senior director of Platform Solutions and Database Appliance.
