Prof. Tony Tong 唐仪 is co-founder and Co-Chairman of Hong Kong Blockchain Association HKBA 香港区块链协会联合会长 , Chief Strategic Officer of Madison Group 麦迪森集团 (HKEX 8057), Executive Chairman of Belt & Road TechFin Association 一带一路科技金融协会, vice chairman of China Credit Management Association CCMA 中国信用管理协会 , vice chairman of Macau Gaming Information Association MGIA. Prof. Tony Tong is adjunct professor at the International Technological University ITU.edu for Blockchain Applications.
Mr. Tong graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachalor's Degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota on internet technology courses.
In the 1990's , Mr. Tong worked as a consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture 埃森哲 NYSE : ACN ) Minneapolis , USA office, as a member of Andersen's fintech workflow automation services team. While in Andersen Consulting Minneapolis, Mr Tong provided mortgage automation wokflow systems development and integration services for US Bank ( NYSE: USB) and retail data warehousing system for Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT).
In recent years, Mr. Tong served on the Global Gaming Expo G2E Asia Conference Advisory Board and a frequent speaker on Asian gaming technology and technology investment in China. He has spoken at the APEC International Finance & Technology Summit, China Venture Capital Forum and China Hi-Tech Fair. Tong graduated with bachelor's degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from the University of Minnesota. In 2008, Mr. Tong was named one of "25 People to Watch" by Global Gaming Business magazine, "Asian Gaming 50" by Inside Asian Gaming Magazine, and Forbes China Magazine.
Mr. Tong was a member of the G2E Asia Advisory Committee and a frequent presenter on at China Venture & Private Equity Summit, APEC Finance & Technology Summit.
