Mr. Chaltiel has 30+ years of experience as an executive in the healthcare industry and until recently served as Founder and Chairman of HealthDataInsights Inc. (www.healthdatainsights.com) the industry leader in healthcare claims integrity: fraud, waste, abuse, errors, and overpayments identification and recoupment solutions. HDI was sold on December 16, 2011 to HMS Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: HMSY) for $400 million in cash. Mr. Chaltiel is also (1) Chairman of Trustifi Corporation (www.trustifi.com), a provider of paperless solutions focused on the Healthcare, Government, Enterprise and Financial Services markets, (2) a Member of the Board of Directors of Adore Me (www.adoreme.com), a personalized online lingerie club, which offers designer lingerie and swimwear at affordable prices, (3) a Member of the Board of Directors of Health Data Vision, Inc. (www.healthdatavision.com), a company that provides SaaS-based healthcare analytics platforms and process automation for medical records, (4) a Member of the Board of Directors of Global Medical Isotope Systems, a patent-pending system for the production of medical isotopes for the nuclear medicine imaging industry, and (5) a Member of the Board of Directors of Leapfrog Systems, an add-on residential irrigation controller. Trustifi, Adore Me, Health Data Vision, Inc., Global Medical Isotope Systems and Leapfrog Systems are portfolio companies of Redhills Ventures.

Prior to May 1985, Mr. Chaltiel was associated for 18 years with Baxter International, Inc (NYSE: BAX), holding numerous corporate and divisional management positions, including Corporate Group Vice President, responsible for international operations and five domestic divisions (revenues then well in excess of $1 Billion); President of Baxter’s Artificial Organs (Dialysis) Division; Vice President of its International Division; Area Managing Director for Europe and President of its French operations. During his tenure with Baxter, Mr. Chaltiel was instrumental in the successful development and worldwide commercialization of Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD), currently the leading home dialysis treatment modality. He was honored by the National Kidney Foundations of Northern and Southern California, as well as those in New York and the Capital Area.

Mr. Chaltiel also (1) is a Board Member of the Las Vegas Sands Corporation (NYSE: LVS) (www.lasvegassands.com), and (2) has been appointed to the Board of Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) (www.diversifynevada.com).

Mr. Chaltiel is active in several community and non-profit organizations, including the United Way (Million Dollar Roundtable). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science (ACWIS) (www.weizmann-usa.org) as well as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Adelson Educational Campus (www.adelsoncampus.org) serving grades pre-k through 12.

Mr. Chaltiel is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (Essec, Paris, France), and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School.
