Vivi Cahyadi Himmel is a thought leader and tech-disruptor in the global corporate housing and mid-term accommodation sector. She co-founded AltoVita (www.altovita.com), a global corporate accommodation platform aiming to disrupt the $50bn legacy sector with a smart system distributing directly to multinational corporations and relocation companies. She pioneered AltoVita’s proprietary technologies including the AltoVita Enterprise Solution and Global Distribution System.

A passionate traveler, it was this love of the world and her experiences around it which led her to the world of corporate mobility. She has lived and worked within 11 cities across 8 countries and has been on the employee side of relocation multiple times. Seeing first hand the value and challenges in the corporate relocation process, Vivi was able to help create a housing solution that modernizes Global Talent Mobility programs. Her company, AltoVita, provides a technology that is not only scalable for some of the largest companies on the planet but does not lose sight of the needs and expectations of their relocated employees. She helped create AltoVita with this in mind.

Prior to co-founding AltoVita, Vivi was in real estate portfolio management responsible for over $100m residential, commercial and industrial assets. Outside of AltoVita, she looks for investment opportunities as an angel investor.
