Wilson Lourenço da Rosa joined Advent International in 2007. He participated in the acquisition of Lojas Quero-Quero, where he worked as CFO and Director of Financial Services in 2008 and 2009. Since then, he has been responsible for analyzing potential investments in retail, oil & gas and mining services in Brazil. Previously, he spent four years with McKinsey & Co in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. He worked on strategy, corporate governance, organization and operation projects for major Latin American companies in different industries, including media, consumer goods and utilities. Wilson also worked for Vivo, the main cell phone operator in Brazil, as strategy and business development manager, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions.
