Young-Sik Kimjoined KT in 1990and was responsible for development of network switching systems. He also worked on mobile network operation of radio access network as well as core network system during the most of his career in KT. Currently, he works as the head of the Network Technology Unitin KT.

He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Sciencefrom Hannam University and Joongang University, respectively. He also received MBA from Helsinki School of Eco & Biz Administration.
