estate investor, specializing in multifamily conversions to short term stay properties in partnership with June Homes. Pir is also a Partner in and operator of a
portfolio of hospitality interests including Best Pizza & Dive Bar, Williamsburg Pizza, Short Stories, and Millie’s Cuban Cafe. His restaurants have been featured
in The New York Times, Vogue, Guest of a Guest, A Hotel Life, and Eater. Pir is an early investor in Snowe, Lolli, June Homes, Nurture Life, Omsom, Dieux, Seed
Ranch Flavor Co., and BioIncept, and is a Board Member at Chudo Messenger and The Field House. Pir graduated from Amherst College, cum laude with a
BA in Environmental Law and Economics, as well as Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought (LJST) and was a four-year Varsity lacrosse player.
