Jim applies 20+ years of experience to oversee all aspects of Evolv sales activities and marketing outreach. He serves as Evolv’s tireless ambassador demonstrating how technology, science and knowledge leadership can dramatically improve workforce engagement, productivity and performance. He joined the company from LRN, a provider of governance, culture and leadership solutions. At LRN, Jim grew the company three-fold by building a global sales and marketing organization and rapidly expanding LRN’s customer relationships and global presence. Prior to LRN, he served as group vice president of North American sales at Gartner where he played a pivotal role in Gartner’s growth and market leadership, and held various sales and management positions at Xerox Corporation. Blackie holds a BS from Santa Clara University.
