Kathleen Yeh currently helps manage Global Food and Beverage Operations at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. She is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of restaurant, bar and banquet operations across Starwood’s ten brands and leveraging technology to develop tools for enhancing overall guest dining experiences. Prior to Starwood, Kathleen managed product strategy and customer experience within mobile devices at Amazon, and previous to that, she evaluated restaurant and consumer investments at Castle Harlan.
